 The Borehole Pressure shouldn't drop below 1 Bar.  This pressure is "topped up" by the water pump in the water shed every few hours but it can occasionally drop to zero when a toilet valve gets stuck and runs continuously overnight.  In which case the regular top-up at 7am should restore things but try and find the guilty toilet, or other leak.)
